About IObit Uninstaller
IObit Uninstaller is a Windows utility for removing programs that will not uninstall cleanly through Windows Settings. After removing an application it also scans for the folders, files and registry entries the program leaves behind, which is useful on CSP/BC counter machines where banking utilities, drivers and RD services are installed and replaced often.
